Definitions
“us”, “we”, “our”, “Marcela T Beauty” refers to the Marcela T Beauty
“you”, “client” refers to a customer of Marcela T Beauty.
Booking
You may book appointments with us in person, by telephone, or our online booking system.
Advanced bookings may be refused to clients who have missed appointments without giving at least 24 hours’ notice.
The contents of the salon diary are confidential. You should not attempt to view the diary when making a booking in person.
Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment.
Arrival
Please make sure you arrive at the time of your appointment are booked.
Please attend to your appointment alone.
Late Arrivals To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.
Redo
Marcela T Beauty stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honoured for one week of the date of service.
Payment
Marcela T Beauty accept Visa, Master Card and Cash for payments of services or products. We do not accept any another form of payment. Al payments must to be done on the time of booking your treatment or on the day of treatment performed.
Refunds
We cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Tweaks and adjustments will be honoured for one week of the date of service.
Gift Cards
Marcela T beauty offers Gift Cards which can be purchased online & sent in the post. Or purchase a Digital Gift Voucher to redeem in the Salon. Gift Cards are NON refundable, replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Cards are ONLY redeemable at Marcela T Beauty salon for the value with may only be used to purchase services in a full amount or service specified on the Gift Card, by the expiration date indicated.
